Press frame
The IPERION body is designed to be extremely robust. Using a combination of heat-treated welded structures, heat-treated joinery and high alloy steel castings, we have created a structure that is stronger than any monolithic structure, but with the ability to quickly release the press in the event of a fault.
Brake and clutch assemblies
IPERION brake and clutch units use an innovative hydraulic control system. The brake is water-cooled and thermally monitored, while the dual-disc clutch with impeller design ensures optimum cooling.
Slide assembly
The robust steel casting of the slide, with hardened slide guides and an innovative kinematic system, offers unprecedented precision, keeping the slide perfectly balanced and ensuring optimum utilisation of the forging table.
Forming energy
The IPERION's primary shaft allows optimal energy storage, ensuring a deformation speed that can be adapted to the requirements of the workpiece, almost regardless of the amount of energy required.
Electronic control system
