At the customer’s request, we can investigate the causes of the breakage of a part, and then make all the changes required to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Some critical parts of presses – originally cast ones – are rebuilt using high-resistance forged materials which result in increased stress resistance for the machine.

We can work most of the parts – including those of large-size presses – in-house. This ensures full control on the quality of work and the highest possible operating speed. For the operations we cannot perform, we rely on established suppliers of proven quality.
